A Relative MASS FORMULA for fundamental BARYONS
Two basic assumptions enables the formulation of the Baryon mass spectrum.
1. That the universe consist of four spatial dimensions and one of time.

2. That the Baryons are basic particles made of open strings, with one /////////////

The Simple Odd Harmonic Oscillator (SOHO)
This string’s vibrations are therefore, simple harmonic in nature and supporting only the odd harmonic vibrations. I acronym this as Simple Odd Harmonic Oscillator, SOHO.

The fundamental Baryon mass Formula
So the final mass energy formula is as follows:

This then is the relative Baryon mass formula which accounts for all 5 fundamental Baryons.
All we need is a constant of proportionality to obtain the masses relative to the electron.

Finally, the fundamental Baryon to electron mass ratio is:
The constant 18.1818… = 200/11

Some observations
It is clear that the mass formula accuracy is better than 0.3%. I can only guess any
deviations are due to other factors that I cannot account for like, charge, spin etc.

And these values are close to the Pi meson and Muon mass spectrum, and they
happen to be the decay products of the strange Baryons.
Conclusion
It should be noted that this derivation of the formula is purely based on a mechanical
simple harmonic oscillator argument and not on a quantum harmonic oscillator basis.
The formula is still a relative mass formula and does not give absolute mass values.
The absolute mass is still related to the fundamental SOHO frequency mode f(0) of
vibration and therefore related to the string constants such as tension, length etc and to
the Plank constant for energy conversion. If this formula is true, then after all it appears
that at fundamental small scales, quantum effects do not matter for mass and therefore for
gravity? This has major implications, it appears that as if mass and gravity is independent
of quantum effects, therefore the two cannot be unified. The fact that this is the only
formula that gives all relative fundamental Baryon masses extremely accurately cannot be ignored.
